Cherry Creek Village North Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss the issues within the neighborhood and evaluate architectural requests.

Progressive Dinner  2009

Description:  Each course of the meal at a different home, a variety of tastes from many neighbors.  A short stroll between courses makes this a calorie neutral affair.  Adults Only so get a sitter early before they are all taken.

Description:  Ghouls and Goblins and many assorted princesses come together for this annual prelude to trick or treat.  Warm beverages and food get the kids started for this historically chilly night (anyone remember 4 degrees F) Mark it on your calendar because the kids already have.

Big Meeting: EXCEL's Power & You & Us

Over the past months, your HOA board has engaged Xcel Power about overall concerns regarding above-ground & underground power lines & how to resolve our neighborhood's more than frequent power outages.   These discussions have culminated in more deliberations.
